If you don't want this enacted, then write your members of Congress and urge them to vote against it. Start an organization to prevent its implementation. Or perhaps you would rather wait until BO is actually in office and this program is explained and legislation drafted regarding its implementation. It may make you seem less paranoid.

Not usually an alarmist, but it was a stunner.

We rely too much on fossil fuel and our consumption is more than current production. It can't last forever. Would be nice if someone would step up and take the reins to start implementing some changes now before it's too late. Freaks me out to think that in my lifetime it will cost so much to fuel my car or heat my house. My husband and I have been looking into solar for the house. I think we may be doing it sooner than we planned.
