The Hannity remark wasn't intended as an example of why waterboarding is illegal.  That was simply to point out the hipocrisy of Fixed Noise.

As far as the legality of torture, let me guess...you don't think the UN convention against torture or OUR OWN laws protect against torture either?  If torture was legal, then why did the Bush lawyers have to come up with some kind of justification for its use? 

You are so far out there it's unreal.  I guess you've watched Cheney so much that you actually believe what he's saying.  You do realize that the only reason he's on the news now is to save his own behind?  Do you think there's a reason he's running scared?
