I wrote you a long message, but I think it was deleted because I included my e-mail address. I was thinking that maybe you could apply for a position typing SOAP notes or ER notes. They are more of a generic type report, and might be easier for you to test on. E-mail me if you want to talk some more about possible avenues you can take with regard to ER accounts or SOAP notes.
