I feel that in order for me to be confident working with a company or by myself, I need the schooling to do so. I understand that most of the older MT's did not have school, & I understand why. But times change, and if you want to get into any career these days, you need schooling. I do not want to be turning in reports that are not up to par, revealing that I have no idea what I am doing. When I get a job, I want to do the best I can at it. And I feel that is through school.
