how does one know when to throw in the towel?
I'm a newbie, but graduated with honors. I have never worked so hard in my life as I have these past couple months! I take aobut as much time to proof as it took to transcribe, and I just can't seem to get it right. It has more to do with the format than the content. I keep fighting out of pure stubborness, but, man, I sure am getting tired! I just don't know what to do...
laughing with me :)
Hi Christy, I do remember you from the cpl conversation. Thank you for keeping your fingers crossed for me. I sure hope she realizes that I'm not really that retarded. I don't want to even try to explain myself to her for fear that it might make me look worse. Maybe this isn't the first time she had someone freeze up on the written part. That's always my luck though, as you say, the real worlds seeps out, but usually, in my case, I slam into it like a ton of bricks.
I am a student noob--throw me some work, I won't say "no"
I am a MT student and almost done with training. I am also a registered nurse with my BSN AND I was a Navy journalist (so I can type and copyedit like mad). I am willing to take some work from someone if they can walk me through the set-up (equipment-wise, all I have used is a foot pedal) and everything I need, etc. Maybe a little instruction on templates..
Not so picky about the pay as I would like some experience first..I will NOT post my resume on a public forum such as this, but I will be more than happy to send it to you if requested. Please email me ******. Thanks!
