Once I found a company, I never refused any work they asked me to do. I didn't care what the specialty was, I always said I would do it. I wanted the experience and also wanted steady work. The way it worked for our system was once you are put on an account, even if you did a favor by doing one job, that client is then in your queue so you can take other jobs for them. I ended up doing work for about 20 clients! Now I can pick and choose my favorites and type those. It is very rare that I don't have work in my queue. I'm sure everywhere is different.

- Most places only do the overflow or unwanted work from a facility, anymore. Once those - jobs are done, it's easy to run out. Do 2 accts
