The course for at home professions only prepares you for doctor's office notes. They don't require you to use the up to day equipment, which I really wish I had know prior to taking their course. However, you can take employment tests online no matter what school you go to. I think you should look at all your options and then decide. I have only heard a few people on this site say anything positive about that course. I took it and graduated in August. I am still looking for work and I am confident I will find something. Good luck and even though I am a graduate of their if you can afford another course I recommend you take one from another school.
