I strongly believe you're best course would be to work in-house for a hospital or clinic to get some real experience. I know everyone goes into this because they want to work at home, but when first starting out you really need some support. At the very least, try some local offices or a local hospital for the possibility of doing some overflow for them. Best of luck to all new MTs, this is definitely not the career it once was (but who knows, it eventually may be even better than it once was)!
