question about q.d.

When testing for a company and they don't give you specifics about flagging or editing and you have something like this "Allegra 180 mg, #30, one p.o. q.d." I know "q.d. is on the "do not use list" and should be edited to "q. daily", do I transcribe verbatim or edit and flag, like I said, there are no specifics on this.
