The account I am working on provides templates for all voice files, but for some reason when I send them back the headers and margins are all wrong. I use the templates, then click on "save as" to upload my file, as was directed of me. I don't know why this is happening, but I am still a "newbie" and my boss is getting tired of telling me every time to quit changing my margins. I have explained numerously that I am not changing anything. Can anyone help please?
