the field is not what it used to be. Many older and wiser MT's are seeing the end of the road. Already wages are dropping. With voice recognition, off-shoring and electronic medical records on the scene, anyone thinking there will still be work for ALL the MT's is simply unrealistic. So realize that if you join this field you will be competing for the same jobs against VR, India, Philippines, EMR's and many many experienced MT's. Still sure you want to do that?
