Okay, so I guess I just want to know what comapnies are newbie-compensating. I obviously do not have 15 years of experience or I would not be seeking any type of employment through these companies!!! I just got out of the Career Steps program at the local college and, contrary to what my instructor kept telling me, it is not that easy to be starting out in this field. Any helpful places, sites, tips, resume tips at all is what I am looking for. Thank you much!!
