Here is a hug of encouragement from an MT who has only been working for five months.

My company makes all MTs begin with a training Editor and I thought for sure mine would suggest letting me go after all the dumb mistakes I made. But she was always very kind and helpful. She shared some of her early mistakes and cheered me up when I made mine. 

With each new job try to make it your best one yet.
