getting a JOB!

Ok, seriously I know that people have been on here plenty of times talking about how hard it is to get a job. So can anybody, anyone tell me how do you suppose to work and get experience if they require at least two years. I need somebody to keep it real! And think back to the time they were a newbie trying to catch their first job. Could someone also tell me what is the best way to transcribe a really fast dictator? I am open for all suggestions.
