I do it through Outlook Express, and I do not know if you can do it directly through Yahoo. I believe you can also do it through Outlook. Maybe Yahoo's Help/Q&A section mentions it. You also need a digital certificate to do this. One place is comodo.com where you can set this up for free. It is real easy. BUT the recipient must also be able to read the encrypted mail, which can only happen after it is set up on your side and the recipient's side. Just go to comodo.com and read about it or do some research on the web. I am no expert but was required to set this up for my MTSO. I am no computer expert and did not find it that hard to do.
