inexperience, and ..? just frustrated with the job situation. I was able to get 2 IC positions. However, when I say the work is little, I mean hardly any. I have about 6 months experience. UGH!!!!! Just a little vent. No bashing needed, please!

With this economy I'd take the first job to come
your way, transcription or otherwise. Unless you went to one of the better schools you'll have a difficult time. There are so many experienced MTs looking for work due to offshoring, EMR and VR.
If you haven't already I would recommend posting your resume on all the job boards. There are companies will hire from the resumes rather than posting on the job boards.
