cpw or cpl?

If cpw, can someone with more experience let her/us know if this is good? If cpw is it 5 or more characters per word? I'm confused. Ten regular words per line would be 50 cents a line wouldn't it? Must be cpl and I agree -- I am happy for you but that is a rip-off if you are qualified and can produce. That affects the whole industry when they lower the starting pay like that. Bottom rate needs to be higher. I hope you learn fast and get out of there to something better. You sound very dedicated. Three years ago I was offered this same starting rate but thankfully another offer came through before I got on board with them and I was able to start higher. I know how you feel. I really am glad for you but mad at the MTSO.
