If you enter a word to be searched, 1look gives you ALL the dictionaries that word appears in. It will say "this word appears in 2 medical dictionaries" and list Dorland and Stedman, and you can click on either.
Then if it has an English meaning as well, it will say "This word appears in 8 English dictionaries" and will list clickable links for it.
If you misspell a word, it will give you a choice of looking up all similarly spelled words.
It also has a thing to click on for the pronunciation, to be heard through your speakers.
It's all I ever use.

1look.com is good for english terms but
it is not a medical dictionary

I'm not familiar with them. sm
If you have a resume out, you may be contacted by companies, that is legitimate. Just be careful, there are companies that offer you a position if you "buy" their equipment or software, etc. Always check that out. Some companies rent you the computer for a reasonable fee, but other than that you shouldn't have to buy much from a company to work for them.
Why don't you put a note on the Company board, see if anyone there is familiar with them?
Anyone familiar with beyond text platform?
I am job hunting and an account that is available is using beyond text platform. Can anyone tell me what this is before I get in to deep.
It doesn't sound familiar and
I don't see it in my Stedman's ENT book.
Sorry.
