You can do it! (sm)

I have 16 years experience and I feel the same way every time I get a new dictator.  Just stick it out and remember, tomorrow is another day and before you know it you'll look back and think, wow ... I'm really doing this!  :)

I've had ESL doctors that made me cry bucketfuls and now I listen to them and I think "wow, they don't have an accent at all" ... they do, I've just learned!
