I'm gonna come across as a real
stinker, but your spelling of regular English words has to be top-notch to pass a test in the future. Another word to burn into your brain is "definitely." There are no A's in it! These things are so important! 
Acute care is usually gonna be
your basic 4 worktypes. H&P's, Operative Reports, Consultations, and Discharge Summaries. Normally what you would transcribe in a hospital setting or working for a national that does transcription for a hospital.

and all I got was an auto-reply stating that due to the high volume of people wanting information they were delayed in answering. I didn't hear anything else from them - that in itself should be an indicator of troubles ahead for her!
