are there different types of cryptococcal antibodies?
S/L "neo-fiber-ostic" cryptococcal antibody was.... but I'm not finding that anywhere. For a patient with a Dx of cryptococcal meningitis and AIDS.
if you are directing your comments to those types of individuals....
you might want to say that. you simply referred to "newbies" in general. you should re-read your comment. i thought it was offensive as is much of what is posted on this board. those of us with experience should visit this board to offer advice, not put others down. if i was just starting out, you people would make me want to give up. if you feel this is judgemental, i guess it is then but the purpose of this forum is for positive feedback, not negativity about the few that cannot spell or respond to a job posting.
Post these types of questions on the Word Board. Thanks. nm

CS benefits
Actually, according to CS, EvCC students are not allowed to participate in the STT or Focus programs. I have seen complaints on the forum from EvCC students that are angry because they feel like they are not getting the same opportunities as regular CS students.
No benefits
I am an IC, so I get no benefits. Yes, I work 12+ hours because that is how long it takes me to reach between 1200-1300 lines daily, most of those lines are VR though. I did get mentoring, which was very tough and I did nearly quit then, but I knew I had to start somewhere.
Well, thank you for your thoughts. You do make some very good points.
Medware benefits
How good are their benefits? I am searching for a company with reasonably priced benefits. The company I work for now is great, but the benefits are kind of expensive.
Medivoxx Benefits
Thank you for the tip, but I did already check out Transcription Matchmaker, and they require 2 years experience to even sign up.

Career Step online benefits
There are partnership training programs in place with employers such as Spheris and Focus Infomatics to place you in a job upon graduation that are only available for the online CS course ONLY.
since you already have a little experience, go apply at a hospital. They have benefits, mentoring,
etc. In a few years time, you'll be on your way to really cleaning up.
