What if the person that takes on the mentoring position and being paid for it finds out fairly quickly that this is going to cut it for them in the long run? They are not stuck paying big bucks for a program and are not out a thing monetarily but their time that they would have put in either way. There are so many what ifs! If a mentoring/job suits someone well, then that is great! If the expensive program works, then great for that too! It is whatever works for the person/people putting out the effort to learn whatever they want to learn!
