on the account I do about half of the reports are in VSR. Some you can zip through, others you can't. Depends on how well VSR picked up the voice. Sometimes there is lot of nonsense to be corrected. A lot of the time there is nothing to do but just correct it, but let's say Dr. Mumbles or Dr. Incomprehensible is dictating his op report or physical exam and the VSR is a mess, and  I happen to have a macro of that particular operation (or whatever), I put that in and just adjust it according to what he is saying. It's quicker than wading through the VSR.
