quite risky! I've heard a lot of companies will use you as free labor then let you go for whatever reason only to do an unpaid externship with someone else and so forth and so on.

I'd pass on anyone who wanted to use me as free labor!

Online Externship
I am a transcription student looking for an online company that offers an externship. I have to complete an externship in order to graduate, but need to do so online, and am having trouble finding an online company that would be willing to take me in. I have searched for transcription companies,but have not found any that advertise any externship opportunities. Are there any companies offering online externships?

It only took me a couple of months to get out of unpaid status!
