Try MRecord, LLC.  They're online at Mrecord.com.  They're based out of North Carolina.  Don't know if they're hiring, though.  They were the ones I worked for when I was first starting out.  The pay was REALLY low, but they were the only ones I'd found who had a program for hiring newbies.  It was a combination of straight typing and voice recognition editing.

I am still on the email distribution so I see the e mails coming from them that say that things are behind and out of TAT, so they might be looking for people.
