Going back and listening took care of 2 of the 4 blanks in the first patient's transcription. Thanks for the advice! The other thing is, my company didn't exactly tell me how they wanted me to format this one. Yesterday's were letters and Nerve Conduction Studies, and I had samples of how to format them. This is a pre-surgical note, and I don't have any idea how to format it. I guess, like you're saying, I'm not going to lose sleep over the issues I'm having... I can't know what I don't know at this point! I'm doing my best! Thanks so much!
