Thanks. That I will do. I will admit to having made a couple of changes on early tests last year (like changing cc to mL and spelling out SQ instead of using the abbreviation, etc.). Those things had been drilled into my head by my training that I thought it was expected that I should recognize them and know what to use alternatively. Well, I certainly think that was in error now. It really helps to get a little clarification from wonderful folks like you and the other person who advised me here.
Still, I do wish these companies would let folks know where they stand in the test scoring. I have transcribed and edited for enough accounts now to understand that they each have their own specs and sometimes may even dance to their own drumbeat, so things are not always the same or written in stone. Thus, a source of newbie confusion at times.
I will employ the advise I received here.
