Thank you Eric for your words of encouragement. I think I am going to do what you suggested and focus on my expansions and the BOS. I have to agree that the CMT would be a bid ego booster for me, as it would make me feel like I knew everything LOL (first I have to get the BOS down:) Thanks!!
