So you mean to tell me...

a grad of the supposed "Top Three" can walk into an MTSO, get hired, and get paid under the same conditions as an MT with 2 years experience. Because that is what you are saying here.  Testing and doing well on the test and being hired as a newbie is not the same thing as "waiving experience."  I don't care what anyone says, experience is valuable and any MT, no matter what school they come from, doesn't have the same stuff as someone who has been working for 2 years.
