Second day

This is my second day working for a company. Yesterday they started me with a pretty easy neurology doctor, and gave me sample transcriptions for him. And then today, they gave me an older VERY mumbly ophthalmologist, and I can't seen to understand a lot of what he's saying. I don't want to make a bad impression because I'm so new, but I also don't want to turn in something that is sub-par... what do I do???
