Olympus is just a manufacturer of colonoscopes that are used for colonoscopic procedures. I am not sure if that is what you are asking or if you meant something else.

If you don't have a Stedman's Surgical Equipment Word Book, I would highly recommend getting one. I use mine all the time and it is worth every penny!
