I hear ya about the stress...it seems to get worse in nursing every year. It sounds like great pay until you see what you're put through on a daily basis. The responsibility is waaay underpaid and seems even more so now that I'm making so much less. Plus there are no jobs to choose from here! Thanks for your insight.
