MT can be a tough field because you're working alone and it's sedentary. It can also be boring and frustrating. You'll have to do some searching to find a company that suits your needs. You also need to figure out what motivates you. My motivation is seeing how fast I can type because lines are money. I feel a sense of satisfaction at the end of the day when I figure out how many lines per hour I typed and how much money I made for the day. That's what keeps me going.
