Unfortunately, you are seeing the realities of how MT work operates. It's just part of it.

Unless you work for yourself, you really have no options on which accounts you are assigned.

This would be pretty well true of most jobs though, so perhaps you are very young and have not realized that most jobs entail doing what we don't really prefer to - we rarely have that kind of control.
