This is a forum! Not a medical report being turned in to a client. I understand that we all earn a living by grammar and punctuation but would it really have been too hard for you just to congratulate the girl???!!!
And I agree with LK, that it's the MTSO's fault for hiring under qualified people to do this line of work. If you demand high quality work, then employ high quality people.
