the foot pedal that part of the $99 is for. Believe me, I know. I fell for her scam, sent the money to her, done a little bit of work and never received a foot pedal OR pay check for the few lines I did.

when you receive
a WP5.1 file (template) you can still use your WPOffice 11. Make sure though that when you save the transcribed file, it should be in the 5.1 format. WP11 allows you to do that.

Anyone receive their refund from Proficient yet?
