I know I'm a weirdo, but I use none.  My goal is to preserve my hearing overall.  If I need to use them (for those low talkers we all just love), I have my earbuds and also what MQ sent. 

I also realize that not everyone has the work setting to be able to do this. 

Personally, I don't like the things scrunched in my ears anyway. 

Hope you find what works for ya, as nobody can decide but you. These MTs are a treasure trove of info.  They certainly know where to find literally everything--even a left nostril inhaler!
