I am an IC, so I get no benefits. Yes, I work 12+ hours because that is how long it takes me to reach between 1200-1300 lines daily, most of those lines are VR though. I did get mentoring, which was very tough and I did nearly quit then, but I knew I had to start somewhere.

CS benefits
Actually, according to CS, EvCC students are not allowed to participate in the STT or Focus programs. I have seen complaints on the forum from EvCC students that are angry because they feel like they are not getting the same opportunities as regular CS students.
What types of benefits to MT's get?

How good are their benefits? I am searching for a company with reasonably priced benefits. The company I work for now is great, but the benefits are kind of expensive.

There are partnership training programs in place with employers such as Spheris and Focus Infomatics to place you in a job upon graduation that are only available for the online CS course ONLY.
since you already have a little experience, go apply at a hospital. They have benefits, mentoring,
etc. In a few years time, you'll be on your way to really cleaning up.
