Need Help

This could be a long drawn out tale just to get a simple answer but I am going to try and make it quick and to the point.  I quit my office job (orthopedic clinic) in September and decided to enroll in online MT course.  I am doing that but when I resigned, the CEO was gracious enough to let me type p.r.n. (which has turned out to be daily).  Anyway, I am looking for additional work and applied online with a company.  She is supposed to call me tonight for a phone interview.  Her email to me had a pay scale on it. So many words a week was this pay, and some many more words a week for another pay rate, etc. etc. etc.  My question to you is this?  I type anywhere from 25,000 to 60,000 CHARACTERS A DAY INCLUDING SPACES. .  Her highest word count was like 12,000 words A WEEK for .075 cents.  Since I haven't dealt with LINE count could someone give me an idea as to how line count and character count compares?  Thanks.

  • Maybe do a word count in some of your documents and get an average per day or week. Total for new - employer will depend on average word length, tho&#
