I can see both sides of this, but after putting in an 8 hour shift today and realizing that I only made $26 (yes I am incredibly slow!)for the whole day I tend to go with the one side that says sweatshops and slave labor. I am sure I will get better but I am frustrated for putting in so much time and money for school and training to only be making that much. How come this part isn't mentioned in the advertising for MT school. I think it should be required to warn perspective MTs that it is really hard to get a job afterwards and then to plan on making pennies for awhile until you are good enough. It would be more fruitful to go work at BK or Wal-mart.
