Stiff fingers
I use SoftFlex Computer gloves. You can order them on-line. I think they were about $25.00. They are stretch-nylon flexible gloves that have two parallel cushions to protect your medial nerve from damage. They offer just a touch of support and my hands also stay warm, amazingly. Is there a draft in the room where you are working? Is there a way to stop the draft? Other options might be to work with a heating pad on your lap. I have done that. It warms your arms and therefore your hands. To avoid tightness of my neck/shoulder/arms, I also work out with light weights in my off hours. Really helps avoid tension knots and fatigue, and probably improves circulation. Take up walking to protect your back. Just some ideas to keep you healthy through your career.
