Job question

Hello,

Like many, I have just recently graduated from a Medical Transcription Program.  I have spent hours online putting in applications to companies that are only interesting in hiring medical Transcriptionist with 2+ years of experience.  The program that I graduated from supplied a list of companies that “are known to hire newbies” as well as companies that hire medical transcriptionist with the 2+ years of experience.  In my online research, I have acquired a list of several companies that also only need transcriptionist with two or more years of experience. Currently I am at the point that I do not know what I need to do.

My question is where do I go from here?  Do I need to wait until after the holidays to continue my search?
