I did all distance learning, but through a community college and was ADHI compliant and taught the AAMT book of style, which is most widely used and excepted. I also did a required internship/externship at my local hospital to gain some experience. It has taken me 6 months to find a job, so don't become discouraged if you don't find something right away.

Well, that is good to hear. I've just completed an online course and have been looking for a month. I'm feeling really discouraged. Glad to know it'll come.

One more question..
How difficult it is to get a job working at home, after finishing an online course?
The MT training companies state they have a good sucess rate of employment at home right after finishing the course.
When I checked a couple of the hiring companies listed on their site, they stated you need previous experience working in a hospital.
