I just thought I would put a ray of hope out there for all the newbies. I recently finished a community college MT program and yesterday I was hired by a national. I just wanted the newbies out there to know that it can be done even if you didn't go to one of the "big 3" schools. My advice is to apply everywhere, even if they say they want 2 years of experience, apply anyway. Take the tests. That's what I did and I got the job. It can be done.
