I didn't go to any of the AAMT accredited schools and had a job before I was finished. It depends on the student and how much time and effort they want to put into it. I went to one of the cheaper schools because I wasn't going to be able to afford that, but I got my hands on every free thing out there that I could learn from and have had ZERO problem in the job market. There are obviously a few that don't do anything like those correspondence placed on TV, but I don't think the "big three" are the only good choices.
