Is it okay to ask

I have been with my company for a year now, and I received a 1/2-cent raise a few months after I began working with them. I feel that I have come a long way and do a pretty darn good job on my reports. I do have the occasional report I have to send to QA because of dictators who mumble or seem to lazy to actually open their mouth and speak, but other than that I think I am doing a great job. Is it okay to ask for a raise at the year mark?
