Oh I sooooo hear ya!!!!!!!!!! I am even having a hard time finding mentoring programs or externships. Seem to be few and far between!

Inexperience vs. Experience
I would be willing to work for two years with less money. It gets our foot in the door which is what many of us new MTs are trying to do. You would have a lot of new MTs knocking on your door ( including ME). Its so hard to see any light at the end of the tunnel when no one will give you a chance. Those questions are perfect and the contract is very acceptable. I dont think there would be many new MTs that would pass up an opportunity like this (including ME). Remember that new MTs are still in the learning process and need experience which some but not all experienced MTs dont tolerate. Its a different world now and new MTs need a chance to prove themselves (including ME).
