scheduling. Like if the work is low or if you have to go to the doctor's or something can you make up your time or do you have to use PTO...I would rather make up time for small things like doc appointments and save PTO for a real vacation. I haven't worked for anyone yet who prefer you make up the time, which works out nicely for me.
