they make their own booklets, have errors, the instructors all grade differently, and so on...

I am working, but I did a lot of self-study in addition to the course.

As for PCDI, I probably wouldn't go with a place that teaches a ton of different subjects...

If I could do it over again, I would have chosen M-Tec...if I had plenty of money, Andrews.

        And I agree with you. I took a "substandard" course and supplemented it with - not ALL, just the VLC
