folks possibly being nasty to you (even though what they are saying is correct) but after you posted this post I changed my mind.
I for one am not a "dried up old hag" at 50 years old. I haved 27 years experience and I have taught MTing, supervised MTs, hired and fired.
Anyone with your attitude that they cannot learning anything, will go down in the first week.
In the first place, really an MT should not be working at home unsupervised for the first two years. You need that acute care experience in a hospital. The school that promised you could make 30K in the first year liked to you. 50K in the second year is a joke.
I see typos that I can ignore because this is a board just to post on but I cannot ignore the spelling erros. Business has one "s" not two. That was not a typo.
If you would change your attitude to one of still having to learn (we all learn new things every day) instead of the "know it all" attitude that you have, you could make it in this business. But, with the attitude you have I wouldn't hire you if you charged 2 cpl!
You don't get "accounts quick." You may get a small account and have to build a reputation on that. No one with any sense would give you a large account that keeps you busy full time after just coming out of school and having no practical experience.
I have seen MTs like you for years and you will figure it out in the first few days and you will go down hard if you don't change that "prissy" little attitude of yours.
Sorry I couldn't help you, but I am no longer willing to help folks like you.
